One record per learner
Every teacher who teaches a learner sees the same record: grades, attendance, Pluses and reports. No duplicates, no re-typing.
Plus Up gives teachers, learners, families and school leaders one clear workspace: lessons and attendance, gradebook, behaviour, cover and messaging with families. Fully English or fully Arabic, and hosted in the UAE.
A teacher's day in Plus Up: today's lessons, the current one highlighted in green, with attendance, hall passes and Pluses one tap away.
Not another portal. One workspace that follows how a UAE school actually runs.
Every teacher who teaches a learner sees the same record: grades, attendance, Pluses and reports. No duplicates, no re-typing.
Every screen is fully English or fully Arabic; nothing is mixed. Learner names and marks stay in Latin letters and digits, as UAE schools write them.
Attendance, hall passes and cover all start from the teacher's own timetable, with the current lesson highlighted. Nothing to search for.
School data lives in Microsoft Azure UAE North, with backups in UAE Central, and every school runs in its own isolated workspace.
Four views of the same school: the teacher, the family, leadership and the data behind them.
Open Plus Up and today's lessons are already there, with the current one highlighted. Attendance, Pluses and hall passes are one tap away.
Courses are organised the way teachers expect: one course with sections 6A, 6B and 6C, shared content with a due date per section, and an access code for each section.
The gradebook of one course with its section tabs: coursework, term exam and term grade for each learner.
Parents open one phone screen and find attendance, the Pluses balance, the weekly learning overview and messages from teachers, in the language they choose.
Messages are simple threads between a family and a teacher, and parent–teacher meetings are requested in the app and approved by the school.
A parent's phone: attendance percentage, Pluses balance, the weekly overview, a message from a teacher and an approved meeting.
The cover tool lists the teachers who are free in that period, sorted, and assigns a colleague with one click; the colleague is notified instantly.
Behaviour reports follow the MoE discipline matrix with a decision flow for the dean of students, and leadership reads the whole school: attendance, grades, cover and weekly preparation.
The cover board: an absent teacher's lessons, the free colleagues for one of them, and the one-click assignment with its notification.
Each role sees exactly its world: teachers their classes, parents their children, the office what it administers.
Sensitive fields are encrypted, every view of a child's private record is logged, and every school runs in its own isolated workspace.
Roles and the audit log: each role's scope, and the record of every view of a learner's private information.
Designed around how MoE, KHDA and ADEK schools already work, not adapted from another market.
The English interface has no Arabic in it and the Arabic interface no English. Families and staff choose the language they read best.
The service, database and files run in Microsoft Azure UAE North (Dubai), with backups in UAE Central (Abu Dhabi). No school data leaves the UAE.
Behaviour reports use the four degrees and deductions of Ministerial Resolution 851/2018, with Article 8 escalation on repetition and a decision by the dean.
Need-to-know access to private data, encrypted sensitive fields and a log of every view of a child's private record.
